Activities at Panguitch LakePanguitch Lake has great holidays including the 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day. Many of the local businesses have BBQs and other events. Panguitch Lake is a quiet destination that doesnt host large gatherings like the other areas on the mountain. Sometimes the fire department will host fundraisers and there can be fishing competitions as well as cycling and running events occasionally. During the spring and fall the fish spawns can be great times to fish, but Ice Fishing is by far my favorite time to fish. The nice thing about Panguitch Lake is the quietness and serenity the area brings. With a smaller amount of private real estate available, the crowds are also smaller. Panguitch Lake is a great place to getaway from it all during summer, spring, winter, and fall.
