Duck Creek General Information

Duck Creek is at 8500 ft. elevation and has some of the most beautiful scenery in Utah. The Duck Creek Village has a general store/gas station, a coffee shop, an Ace Hardware store, craft shops, plenty of builders and contractors for all of your cabin needs and Duck Creek Village even has a United States Post Office. Duck Creek is a booming recreational area. As the village grows we hope to see more amneties come to the area. Many subdivisions are getting year around water and access. With these improvements the village is bound to grow.
Located only 30 miles up the canyon from Cedar City, Duck Creek is the perfect summer getaway from the las Vegas heat. Spruce, tall pine, and Aspen trees abound here. Luckily Duck Creek's beauty was mostly spared from the pine beetle outbreak on the mountain years ago. Duck Creek is nice because you are secluded in the mountains but can still get gas and small grocery items. Many residents love the mountain atmosphere mixed with creature comforts of the village.
