Restaurants and Dining options in Brian Head

Brian Head has a few choices for eating out. Both the Double Tree and Cedar Breaks Lodge have restaurants, bars with short order, and Cedar Breaks Lodge has the Black Diamond Steak House open on the Weekends. Pizanos Pizza has been a local favorite for years and they have beer. There are also two mexican restaurants in town. The Ski Resort has a cafeteria and the Last Chair Saloon that are open during ski hours. There are also two small grocers in Brian Head for snacks and other items.
